Texas Affiliate of the National College Learning Center Association (TxNCLCA)
Texas is a proud affiliate member of the National Collegiate Learning Center Association since 2020. We are a regional organization dedicated to offering professional development and leadership opportunities for learning center professionals in Texas and surrounding states. TxNCLCA promotes professional standards within the learning center field and our goal is to increase networking and idea exchange across the state of Texas.
Objectives of TxNCLCA:

Support learning assistance professionals as they develop and maintain learning centers, programs, and services to enhance student learning at the postsecondary level.

Promote professional standards in the areas of administration and management, program, curriculum design, evaluation, and research.

Act on learning assistance issues at the local and state levels.

Assist in the creation of new and enhance existing learning centers and programs.

Provide opportunities for professional development, networking, and idea exchange through conferences, workshops, institutes, and publications.

Coordinate efforts with related professional associations and offer forums for celebrating, supporting, and promoting the profession.
